Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Processing & Dispatch

• Orders placed before 4:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday are packed and dispatched the same business day.
• Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
• You will receive a confirmation email at checkout and a second email with USPS tracking when the label is created.

Rates & Delivery

• Free shipping on all US orders over $200.
• Orders under $200 ship via USPS Priority Mail — the exact rate is shown at checkout.
• Typical transit is 1–5 business days depending on destination.
• We currently ship to all 50 US states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — if the package has not been dispatched we will correct it, but once USPS has scanned the parcel we cannot intercept or redirect it.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days, or the package is marked delivered but missing, contact us with your order number. We will work with USPS to investigate, and eligible reships or refunds are issued at our discretion after the carrier investigation completes.

Returns

Research materials are handling-sensitive, so all sales are final once shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or unopened vials for preference-based reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, the compound name, and clear photos of the vial(s) and packaging.
3. Once verified, we will reship the correct item or issue a refund — your choice.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error or damage was ours.
