What are research peptides?
Research peptides are short amino-acid sequences supplied to laboratories for in-vitro research, analytical, and educational purposes. They are not drugs or supplements and are not intended for human or animal consumption.
How do I know my product is pure?
Every batch is verified by an independent third-party laboratory for identity and purity. A certificate of analysis (COA) is produced per lot and ships with your order — you can also request it by batch number through our contact page.
Where are your peptides made?
All compounds are sourced from US-based manufacturing partners and pass domestic quality-control review before being released for sale.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders placed before 4 PM ET, Monday–Friday, dispatch the same day via USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $200 ship free within the USA. Tracking is emailed automatically when the label is created.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major US credit and debit cards plus digital wallets (Apple Pay and Google Pay) at checkout. Payment details are handled by our payment processor — card data is never stored on our servers.
Can I return a product?
Because research materials are temperature- and handling-sensitive, all sales are final once shipped. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right. See our shipping policy.
How should research peptides be stored?
For long-term stability, store lyophilized vials sealed, frozen, and protected from light. Once reconstituted, keep refrigerated and avoid repeated temperature swings. Always follow your institution’s protocols and the batch documentation supplied.
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes — volume pricing is available for laboratories and regular buyers. Mention your required compounds and monthly volume through the contact form and our team will respond with current tiers.
Can you tell me how to use a peptide?
No. Our team cannot provide medical, dosing, or protocol advice. Products are supplied strictly for laboratory research, and handling decisions remain with qualified researchers under their institution’s oversight.
Which states do you ship to?
We ship to all 50 US states where permitted by local regulations. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm that research materials may be received in their jurisdiction.
How do I track my order?
Your dispatch email includes a USPS tracking link. You can also sign in to My Account for order history, or contact us with your order number.
Are your products for human use?
Absolutely not. Every product is sold for laboratory research use only. Human or animal consumption is strictly prohibited, and nothing on this website constitutes medical advice.
